A.A.

My husband took his car to A.A. in Randburg, just off the highway. He handed his car keys, asked for a new battery to be replaced in the door lock remote. The car was collected, and told the man who had received the car and keys, Mr. Paddy (Padiachi) excuse me if I spelt his name wrong, had left the company. My remote control could not be found. Several visits to the AA resulted in no answer to the lost remote. On another visit, my husband needed to go to the exhaust workshop to replace the rubber that holds the exhaust pipe at the rear of the car. He was about to leave, again with no remote or explanation or replacement. He was presented with a bill for R850 for fitting the exhaust rubber. R100 for the rubber, the balance was labor and tax. My husband had not asked for this to be done. I am still waiting for a explanation. Thank you, Wenda.
