AA dubious Fair-Use-Policy

AA has this hidden policy that they call fair use policy which is dubious, not transparent and based on their discretion. Basically when they see that your vehicle is having problems at a particular time and you tow from one mechanic to another to get it fixed they will tell you that they can't help even though for whole year you keep paying and not wanting their help. Last year I was told that I have reached my fair use limit but they continued to debit my account and I kept paying. This year 2020/21 I had 2 incidents where my bakkie got stucked twice in the road and I had to tow it home twice then tow it to mechanic twice and now I am told that I have reached my fair use policy and they have to continue debiting my account again till July but I can't get any help. I am going to cancel this subscription every here is dubius and ****. They can't even explain their own policy because maybe it's based on race. When you need help you can't get it while you are not using the service most of the time.
