AA DRIVER BEAT UP MY WIFE :( :( :(

Incident Date: Sunday 29 May 2022 Truck driver Name: Calvin Ndou Truck registration number: CT80TTGP

The past few days has been a nightmare to me and wife as I had requested to AA services as client and the service, I received was horrific for a lack of a better word.

First, I would like to request that you listen to the call recordings of the incident and see if I did not mention that my battery was low, and my phone was about to switch off.

Secondly, I mentioned there were three people in the vehicle, myself included and had also requested that someone should request an Uber for us hence we were more than the required number for us to get home safely.

A sudden turn of events took place from the moment when we ask the truck driver to wait a moment for us to find transportation home when we walked to the nearest Total filling station as he followed and when he got there, I ask my wife to hop in the truck as we wait for transportation.

I went up the truck into my vehicle to see if there was any means to charge my phone and immediately as I hoped off, the truck drove off with my wife without informing me as the client where he was off to with my wife.

One, I suspected that my wife was kidnapped and especially currently in South Africa people are not who they are made to believe they are.

The sad part is the truck driver left with my vehicle and wife without any correspondence and I must source means to look for my wife and vehicle.

My question is, should I welcome this bad service from AA and continue the relationship that has been working for me for some time now.

The consultant that was on call with the AA truck driver was not customer centric at all and her behavior was very disrespectful as she had instructed the driver to drop my vehicle at the police station without getting her facts straight as they were one sided.

I urge whoever that is going to read this mail to listen to the call recordings of the incident and hear how the same AA consultant was pleading with the truck driver to stop beat up my wife.

I found my wife with bruised and was beaten by the truck driver. Is this the kind of service my family is going to receive from AA.

My vehicle was dropped at the police station where now my wife was thrown out of the truck by your driver along the way where there was no safety for her.

One on the reasons that made me join the membership was the safety measures that were sold to me. I am disgusted by the matter the whole thing was handled, as I was patiently waiting for a follow up call to see if my vehicle and passengers were safely delivered hence all calls are recorded on your side.

I have taken these past days to think about the matter and to see if AA would contact me regarding this incident and to my surprise no correspondence.

I have been dealing with a traumatized wife that has taken a beating form an AA driver, where I have never raised a hand on my wife and your driver has.

Kindly advise further on the remedial action for the above mentioned.
