AA delayed service

AA did not take much interest in my being stuck without petrol. Took 40 minutes and 3 phone calls before a sub contractor was despatched. Link to track progress shows NO movement which according to the AA is a network error. 70 minutes later I'm still waiting with no sign of help. Would've been quicker to walk to the nearest petrol station.
