AA cannot be trusted, unreliable, ********* and dishonest company

This is my first experience with the AA and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Upon joining the AA on the 28th of March, I was left stranded with a broken down car with no assistance or communication from the AA whatsoever from early evening until the next morning where I had to contact them, and proceeded to cancel my membership. I paid in full for a years membership upon joining but received no service from this company.

The very next day I requested a refund upon cancelling my membership. I have still not been refunded after numerous requests and after being blatantly **** to about payment being processed by their Recoveries Supervisor. I have been given excuses, empty apologies and lies for the past 2 weeks and still have not been given my refund. This company lacks integrity and has proven completely unreliable, I have had to resort to taking legal action in order to recover my money that the AA is trying to *****, through dishonesty and avoidance.
