AA Armed Response, did not respond

Pushed the Panic Button, nobody came - Just a helpful control centre agent who followed up on me - But the armed response guy didn't pitch - - I queried it and nobody got back to me. So, it's a no from me for the AA Armed Response Service... Thankfully the guy who was in my yard was not able to gain access to my premises, no thanks to the AA Armed Response though.
