AA

I took out an AA membership online as I needed to be jumpstarted. The AA would not send out a help even though I had completed the application with banking details. They insisted that Ipay for the whole year before they would help me. Therefore taking advantage of a vulnerabal woman. I felt sickend that any organisation would do that. When I called and asked for a refund minus the call out I was told that IF they refund me it would take 14 days. Why? they were able to take advantage of me and take my money in a minute.
