33 years a member, it aint going to be 34!

Hi,

I'm member for 33 years. This morning my car did not start, dead battery. Got through to Lebo. She informed me AA cannot help me, because I'm not physically present, huh, 2 months ago, I had the same problem no issue, she indicated she was performing according procedure. So AA only comes out in-person? I told her this, she told me, she cannot go off script. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me the wait would be 20min huh? Contacted Land Rover directly, sorted, no need for AA, Lebo nor supposedly supervisor to contact me
