Worst panel beaters

Good morning, yesterday afternoon I was fetched by the panel beaters that were fixing my car to go collect it. They advised me that the car was ready, but when I got there it looked like my car was involved in another accident. The paint job was poor, parts were hanging out, my bonnet looked the same as when I brought it in, basically my car was not fixed. The manager of Auto Magic in Randburg kept on giving me excuses and basically telling me that my car was badly damaged and sometimes parts don’t align properly. I am very disappointed with Auto and General who sent me to these panel beaters. If the manager of the panel beater is saying that my car was so badly damaged, why was it being fixed I the first place. This is really poor service, and I am still without a car. I don’t want Auto magic doing any more work on my car as I don’t trust them, my car suffered internal damages and I am worried that they couldn’t even fix that too.
