Worst experience ever!

My car was booked in on the 11 February for a minor bumper bash, got a sms for expected date of completion on the 1 March, get no news or updates till the 1 March where I tell them. I'm going to collect my car, then start the excuses, every time the car is expected to be collected I have to call in to be notified of another excuse why the car is not ready, have never been contacted by them at all. And the completion date has been moved 8 times since the 1 March. They simply don't care about their customers or feel the need to communicate with them. My car is supposed to be ready today we will see if the date gets moved again of cause I haven't been communicated with on any delays because I haven't called them. Would recommend looking someone where else with better service even if insurance is paying.
