Worst customer Service

Worst Panel-beater i ever used my claim got approved by my insurance , they had no space to take my car, i waited for 1 month to get my Car booked. to get an update you have to keep on calling them and make sure insurance is aware.day of collection decided to go and found my car striped with no action taken , make a follow with my insurance make sure additional damaged get approved another extension to collect my car , i have received two different date to come collect every time when i get to them different story additional damage not related to accident they took my car to ford to get it fixed via warranty ford wrote a report saying its accident related after i have sent them photos . till today i have not received my car
