Worst Auto repair shop avoid them with all costs
I took my car to this auto repair shop after a fender bender, worst place I have ever had to deal with in my life! I had cables hanging in my radiator fan when I got my car back. This was in conjunction with my insurer at the time King Price. My car was with them for two weeks before they even started working on it and there was absolutely no communication whatsoever. I had to call them every time for updates and they just made excuses. Never will I ever go there again.

24 Jun 2019, 15:32this was previously dealt with by Auto Magic together with King Price and established to be old damages not relating to Panelbeating work conducted by Auto Magic. Findings of meetings held with the client were recorded on e-mail and documented at the time to declare this complaint null and void.

Also that is exactly what I meant when I posted this Auto magic has a way of just brushing off an issue just like they are doing now. They will not take any responsibility at all. Don’t take your car to them people. They don’t care for clients nor there reputation. As you can see and wile I was in there waiting room in the Bellville branch I saw many clients walk in and complain about workmanship and also neglect on auto magic side. Your choice but trust me they have no pride in there work. It is a mess there, they can’t keep up with the workload.

How you guys left it till I collected my car and complained about it, before I was told about previous damage. Seriously who does that??? But from what I saw just being there to collect my car the number of complaints clients have and the number of mistakes that was made on my car and others shows that this company is not capable to work on anyone's car so if you do read this please don't send your car to this place you will be very disappointed and sorry you did.
