Worse service and turn around time

I took my car to Auto magic for repair through insurance 🙃. For four months they were waiting for parts from their supplier, no communications or completion date were given during that period. I only received my car end of May . Just a month after , My LHS Head lamp and RHS foglight started multifunctioning and also form water or vapour inside and I repoerted they took the car again for check up but couldn't fix the issue.

I then use /took the car as the only means of transport I had , I kept communicating with them but no progress as they promised that they will revert back to their supplier and fix the issue until this date nothing . Now the headlight flasher / parklight is slightly fading compared to the other.

I'm really not happy 😕 and tired of going there 😪.
