Whole month bumper repairs

I took in my car for repairs on the 1st of August 2015 and was told (via sms) the car should be complete within 2 weeks. Call after 2 weeks to check if I can collect the car, I was told they still waiting for bumper from the supplier, should be complete the following week, they will give me a call once they have the bumper from the supplier. 3rd week, I call them to check on the progress, the lady tells me that she was about to call me, they having a problem locating the park assist from the supplier, they dont know the progress on the car, they will need to find out from the guys on the floor what the progress is and they will call me back. Now I dont know what excuse to expect from Automagic as it seems I wont be getting the car back anytime soon. <br> <br> Once I get my car back, if I ever do, will be telling my insurance to never ever refer me to automagic for any repairs because I dont want to experience such useless service ever again. Their communication sucks as they service.
