When am i getting my car back?

My car has been by you guys for 14 days now not once has anybody bothered to call me for an update I then have to call in every few days just to get a new statement which contradicts the last I am beyond furious as the staff continues to pass the buck and are rude then also to mention displaced to the situation and just seem to not care they just keep saying tomorrow. how does 3 - 7 days turn into 14? its a simple knock which needed the door to be changed why should it take this long and why are your staff lying? if I was updated and keep in the loop it this complaint would have not happen I now have one more day left for my car rental so how am I supposed ton get to work now my insurance wont extended? I asked for parow as the fixed my wife's car in 5 days which had bigger damage than mine but since then the word service just seems to no longer be a part of your business module I then put the phone done in one of your guys faces as you can imagine my anger when I then call back your guys seem to be more upset now with that rather then to fix the reason for putting the phone done in the first placed I lost faith completely in Automagic what's going on guys?
