I have never been so disappointed like this, no communication from them. My husband and I had to be following them around for feedback. They had to repair minor damages which included repairing the rim of the car, when we went to collect the car it had a very old dusty rim and they said they are still waiting for the repaired rim to be brought back and worst of all the car had over paint and some dents on the bonnet. Management seem to disregard quality control, honestly no inspections were done before we arrived for collection, we had to inspect everything on arrival. Im very very dissatisfied, this result to us leaving the car until everything is done correctly . Mind you the car has been there now for more than 3 weeks, If it was possible I would give a zero rating.
