Vehicle repair

Pathetic service!

From being told my vehicle was ready for collection only to get to the branch and find that it’s not my vehicle that’s ready but another client whom we share the surname. Waited over 2 hours on the day of collection because vehicle was not completed at the time they said it would be ready. After waiting 2 hours, the bumper of my vehicle which was being repaired was not correctly assembled, it was still hanging off! Had to wait even longer for it to be fixed!

Very unprofessional!
