Vehicle Damaged During Repairs

Automagic did some repairs to my vehicle from 2 November to 12 November. Some of the repairs was done through Budget Insurance and the rest I paid for out of my own pocket. During the repair process damage was done to other parts of my vehicle that there was not supposed to be worked on. I made a complaint with Budget Insurance and went for the assessment on 17 November. Every time I follow up with Budget on when the damage to my vehicle would be repaired they keep on assuring me that the complaint has been logged and approved and that it is now up to Automagic to contact me and inform me when I should bring the vehicle in so that the damage can be repaired. 3 weeks later and up to now I have heard absolutely nothing from Automagic regarding this matter. It looks to me like Automagic is not concerned about the damage that was done to my vehicle and are now extremely reluctant to repair it. The level of service that I received from both Automagic and Budget Insurance regarding this matter is completely unacceptable.
