Utterly disgusted

I booked in my car for a front bumper replacement and other parts which I was quoted , on the 5th of Feb when I booked in I was told about the turn around time of 7-10 days which I thought was very cool.little did I know I will have to always call them for an update.Their receptionist is so mean.every time I call them I hear different stories or \we will call you back"which they never did.then I was told they got the parts and my car is in assembly bay and then they told me they are waiting for authorisation from insurance apparently one of their customer who came for assessment bumped into my car and now they have to claim again from the insurance.as if that's not bad enough"
