Unsatisfied client

On the 14/04/2016 I took in my car for rectification on repairs done by Auto Magic. I was told that the car would be done in a day or I'll be updated by the end of 14/04/2016 to any changes unfortunately non of that happened. On the 15/04/2016 I called around 14:00 as I am not getting any feed back and also need to use the to get to work, the promise that the Driver would bring the car an hour before my shift (18:00) but I was only notified after 17:05 of the availability of the driver. Prior of taking the car in to Auto Magic, we had a verbal agreement that should repairs take more than 1 day I should get other means of transport. On the morning of 16/04/2016 also called in I was told that there's nothing they could do for me so I had to wait for Monday. I'm stranded at the moment.
