UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE FROM AUTO MAGIC PAROW

My vehicle was in an rear accident, involving a Quantum Taxi, on the 27th June 2025 and was booked in for assessment at Auto Magic, in Parow, on the 1 July 2025 and is still with them to this day.

I have received no communication with regards the progress of the vehicle unless it was initiated from my side.

Before they actioned anything to the vehicle, they mentioned that the clutch has wear & tear and determined that this is not due the accident. They refused to work on the vehicle because they wanted me to take accountability for the faulty clutch. I then contacted the insurance and they reassured me that the repairs will be done within 10-15 days.

Auto Magic only contacted me last week on the 27th of August 2025, to let me know that the vehicle was ready for collection. When I got there, the exterior vehicle was repaired however, there was a massive dent beneath the back bumper and the car whistles while idling. Again, they mentioned the dent beneath bumper is not due to the accident nor the problematic idling.
