Auto Magic has had our car for 4 weeks. We took in our car on the 31st January for fixing. They initially said it would take 2 weeks. On the day of collection, they sent a sms saying the car is not done and would be available for collection the following week (week 3). On week 3, they said the car would be ready for collection on 24 February 2022 however they called to say the car is not ready. We have called and they keep promising that Dean will call us back and till now Dean has not gotten back to us. The car is still with them and this is week 4. They still have not communicated as to when we can collect our car.
