Unbelievable

My car went in on the 8th was suppose to get the car back on the 12th of June. Long story filled with lies and excuses only got the car back on the 23rd of June. Worst spray job ever seen in my life, work not done at all and damage to my vehicles roof. After mails and numouras phone calls to them and Richard Green the GM of Auto Magic I haven't even received an apology only a confession that they didn't do quality check and I have to bring the car back.Insurance Assessor took photo's and did a report and told me car have to go back to fix. I told him that Auto magic will pay for courtesy car while my vehicle is in for repairs. On the 6th the courtesy car was delivered at my work place but I haven't heard anything from the insurance or Automagic about collecting my car or what will be done to my car. On the 7th I phoned the insurance to find out what was going on and according to them Auto magic was suppose to come and fetch my car on the 6th already. So I delivered the car to them again on the 7th but on my question about what will be done and when can I have the car back I couldn't get a answer, only that they are busy in the workshop. This is really unbelievable bad service.
