Unacceptable duration and quality

1. Time estimate was only given after car was checked in, and you have to then pay if you don't accept it. 2. Time given was 3 weeks (21 days) which was ridiculous for only a scratch with no structural damage. 3. This exceedingly long estimate was not achieved, and the car was completed 4 days after actually being notified that it was complete. 4. Communication was poor. 5. Quality of the bumper repair was poor. I was too afraid to ask them to fix it as they had 23 days and couldn't get it right. 6. On part of the requested work on the runner board was not done at all.

Overall, a terrible experience.
