<p>From the manner in which Bianca, the receptionist handled me- whether on the phone or in person- to the way the technical team team- Johnny specifically- explained everything that was going to be done in a way that little old girlie me would understand, I was exceptionally impressed with the entire experience. </p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service makes ALL the difference when I engage different service providers. The service offered by Augomagic actually balanced out the exhausting and painful experience I went through with my motor insurance. At some point, they also offered me use of a courtesy car if I had any issues on the insurance side, which I really appreciated. </p> <p> </p> <p>A heartfelt thanks to Bianca and Johnny for putting my mind at rest, for great communication throughout, and of course, for returning my car to me in tip top shape. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
