Time taken for the repair

I brought my vehicle in on the 13/03/2015 and was told the expected date of completion would be the 10/04/2015 which was later revised to the 20/03/2016 and now when I called I was told it won't be done by the 20th this has been a serious inconvenience nd required extra car hire costs on my part
