The Long Wait: Misalignments and Miscommunications at AutoMagic Panelbeaters

Automagic panelbeaters midrand gave me appointment end Nov 2023 to take my car for repairs on 27 Feb 2024 which i did then. The repairs were to be finished by 13/3/2024 which they extended to 20/3/2024 which after me complaining was again extended to 22/3/24 due to 21/3/24 being a holiday. I drove to the panelbeaters early in the morning because I’ve been receiving messages on the 20th already, saying the car was ready for collection, on the arrival and inspection of the car we found that the bumper was not aligned/assembled properly and I had to wait for more than 2hrs for them to properly put it back which blew my entire day plan off. The company also spoke to car rental on my behalf telling them the car is ready before it was signed off by me.
