The best service I've ever experienced anywhere

I emailed the company through their contact form on the website with an issue I've been having with my car for quite a while, and which two other places couldn't solve. I received a response within a couple of hours asking for a bit more detail on the issue. After a few emails back and forth between myself and Mr Burchell he managed to detect what was causing the problem and what the solution was. All this in the same day, without setting foot into the branch, free of charge and on a issue that a few other places couldn't/wouldn't try and fix.<br> <br> Pretty amazing don't you think?<br>
