My car took almost 2 and a half months to fix with delays everytime I called in. Worst paint work I have ever seen on my car when it was finally "repaired". The boot never lined up paint work was peeling already as well as new dents and issues found on my car. When I asked to see the assers photos he took, to prove that those weren't there before they couldn't find the photos. No communication with me last review just that customer service gets back to me. They said I could bring the car back to them but I refused as I'm worried they will further damage my car that only needed small work on the left bumper. I will never go back there and canceled my insurance with Absa idirect because of this. When waiting for my car another 2 clients had similar complaints!!
