I took my car in for repairs and I was blown away by their professionalism and their willingness to go the extra mile for me. I received notifications that reminded about my booking date in advance and the estimated completion date once I delivered the car. Then I got smses telling me that the repairs were done, I should give them a call to discuss a convenient time for collection. <br> <br> Receptionist Lady (sorry, I don't know your name) - you were always polite and friendly, and you made me feel welcome right from the start. I told you the rental car had(HAD!) to be returned on the 29th, you said 'let me speak to the manager'. Next thing I know, I got an sms saying the expected completion is the 29th. Thanks for not making feel like its my problem
