TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUDTOMER

What a nightmare. Promised they will repair my vehicle in 2 weeks time. I told them I have a once of rental car for 30 days and they should take the time and fix it properly. Two weeks later they phoned me and told me they are just waiting for 1 spare and that I must come and fetch my vehicle. 30 days later I have to return the Rental car and went to pick up my vehicle. The spoiler in the front of the car were hanging loose When I confronted them they looked at me like I'm crazy. Now 3 months later they expect to travel to them again take leave and dot at their shop for a day. REALLY?

Well now they now refuse to hand the parts which they were paid for to me in order to go to a local panel beater when it's possible.

So in short. Car have more faults now than before the repairs.
