TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIMES

I took my car in on 1 September for repairs and was told it would be done by the 15th. Date changed to the 18th, when I called on the 18th they told me that it was not yet finished and would be done by today (25th). Got a call now and was told it is not yet finished but they have a loan vehicle. My license is for an automatic vehicle only, so Debbie had to speak to Raoul and now they can't help me because they just have manual loan vehicles. What was supposed to take 10 working days is currently running on 30 days and who is to say it will be done by then? This company has cost me thousands of rands already and basically just shrug their shoulders when they don't deliver on their promises.<br> And, sadly, I know I am wasting my time putting this on the site as they will merely give me a call, shrug their shoulders and apologize without really doing anything about the situation.<br> My advice to anyone reading this? If your insurance sends you to Automagic, ask for another panel beater and save yourself a lot of money and frustration!
