Terrible Service

I booked my car in for a door replacement of the 25/11/2015 (As per the date that I was asked to bring it . On the 2nd of August I decided to gibe Auto Magic a call to follow up with the repairs - as no one bothered to give me ANY feedback...I was then informed that my door had still not arrived. So my vehicle had been sitting there for a week, I could have been using it but instead had to pay a fortune for a rental vehicle. <br> <br> I have now called no less than 4 times just to get some clear indication of when my car will be read...and not one person at Auto Magic can assist me. Not one person from Auto Magic has called me back, offered any apology or indication of when I will be able to collect my car. I have wasted money and time going back and forth trying to get some sort of answer...but still nothing. I am frustrated beyond belief.<br> <br> I can honestly say that I have never received such shoddy service from a \professional"company in my life. <br> They were suggested by my insurance and I can assure you that I will NEVER suggest anybody to use them.<br> <br> 3 hours after my last call and nobody has called me back.
