Terrible customer service

I took my car to them on Saturday. I was promised a quotation on Monday. I received nothing. I phoned on Wednesday and the reception lady said she will find out what's happening and get back to me.I phoned again on Thursday, still didn't get any reply.I spoke to the guy in charge of my quotation and he promised I will get it Friday morning at latest. It is now Friday 16:30 and still I have no quotation. I phone their office at exactly 16:25 - got their answering machine telling me the office hours are 8am to 5pm...so why do I get an answering machine at 16:25??? Without any doubt, I will not be taking my car to them to get fixed and I would not refer anybody to them.
