Taking 2 weeks to repair a bumper from AutoMagic

I am not one to complain but the service at AutoMagic in Rivonia sucks!!! I took my car in on the 11th August to be repaired the bumper and yesterday was told that they are waiting for the paint to dry before I can collect at 16h30 cos they close at 17h00, and got a message that it is still not ready. Today when I email them asking for a progress report and get told that the was a problem and the supplier did not have stock, shouldn't they have diagnosed the car when they got it on the 11th to make sure that they have all the parts ready to repaire it in time. I travel from Vereeniging to Sunninghill on a daily basis and now have to use 3 taxis to get from home to JHB and another to Sunninghill!!!<br> <br> I am SO disgusted by their service, to make matters worse, they only communite with me via email.<br> Today 19/08/2015...still no car.
