Take your business else where

I went to Automagic Honeydew on Friday 24/08/2018 for a quote and was assist by Shaun, he promised I would get the quote at 13:00 the same day. I did not get the quote on Friday. I called today, Monday the 27/08/2018 at 10:00 to follow up and i was promised the quote will be sent to me. I had to call again at 13:00 and i spoke to Shaun and he tells me he cannot see my details on the computer and he will call me in 30 minutes, I ask him how am I to trust that he will call me in 30 minutes since i have been waiting for him since Friday, he tells me i can take my business else where, i asked him if he is serious about what he is saying and he said yes. he said i would have to come again for the quote, I arrange for the car to be taken in again for the quote and they give me an old quote from 15/01/2018. I have taken my car to them a few times and i could not believe how casual, unprofessional and rude they are to me. I am going to take my business else but it is because Shaun does not want my business and has no concept of customer service.
