Superb service

I just wanted to applaud the Midrand branch for an excellent service; from the first day I took my car in for an assessment, I really felt welcomed from the receptionist Portia to the assessor/manager Shaun & his great sense of humor - lol! Great attitude from the guys across, and Kedi a.k.a Mfundisi, keeping me updated every step of the way. I must say I was skeptical about taking my car there especially after my dealership told me to make sure that the car gets repaired by a Audi approved panel beater. But man I tell you now hey, Automagic Midrand should just be an Audi approved panel beater as well because I was blown away by the workmanship & efficiency. I was supposed to get my car back on the 8 February, but the Mfundisi gave me a call yesterday afternoon (2 February) to tell me that my car was ready for collection. Man, I could not believe that it was the same car - looks as if nothing happened to it at all, the guys really did go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied & for that you all deserve a Bell's. Please keep up the good work guys; I would definitely recommend you to anybody, no matter what car they drive - Bentley, Benz, Porsche, whatever - these guys are pros
