****** car backboard

I took my car in to AutoMagic Montague Gardens for minor dents. The car was fixed in 2 days and the repairs were good. I took the car back and parked it at home and didn’t drive the car for a week. The day I decided to drive the car I noticed that my backboard was missing (we have 24-hour security with cameras and access controlled building).

I’ve been emailing and calling the shops for close to 2 weeks. A woman by the name of Kim has reluctantly responded to 2 of my many emails claiming to ‘try to get the floor manager to respond to my claim’ For 2 weeks she’s been saying the same thing. Her first response to me was for me ‘to check at home, maybe I took it out’. Please, I never take any accessory out of my car, EVER! The last email she sent me she claimed a guy by the name of Rafiek will call me - I’m still waiting for that phone calls. I’ve made numerous phone calls to the shop but still nothing.

I will be taking this matter up with the police for theft and the ombudsman.
