STANSURE NOT SURE, WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

<p>We are paying a lot of money every month for our insurance at Stansure, covering building household content and vehicles. We had a pipe burst last year December 2016 and Stansure paid out so little that we could not even afford to pay the contractor for the labour and it di not even cover all the pipes that needed to be replaced. They had all kinds of excuses and were very deceptive. They promised that they will cover the occuring damages. Now to occuring damages need to be paid out and they send a contractor out to asses everything and obtain a quotation. Since December 2016 when the damages occured they only called us once to explain that the contractor will call us to fix the damages. No one called us and we are always kept in the dark. When you call the call centre the holding time is at least 30 to 40 minutes before anyone answers. Now they do not want to finalize the claim and the contractor they appointed also does not want to do the work. Stay away from this company they will waste your time and money! It has been almost four months now and they never call their clients.</p>
