Slowwwwwwwwest Panel Beaters on Earth
8 business days to fix a scratch is honestly bottom of the barrel service. It took a different panel beater 2 business days to fix an actual crack in my bumper. Automagic Roodepoort is pathetic

10 Apr 2024, 10:17The staff is super friendly and courteous, I can’t fault that at all. An estimated time of repair was communicated, yes, but more often than not the job is done well in advance with most panel beaters, especially for such a small job.
It’s certainly my own fault for having such high expectations of AutoMagic. I really thought two weeks was just indicative and not actual.

10 Apr 2024, 10:22I would recommend AutoMagic for people who are extremely patient as the price of repairs is actually reasonable, hence my positive review, with customer service taken into consideration as well.
Look into how you prioritise jobs, that’s all. A scratch and dent the size of R5 coin can’t take as long as replacing a bumper, etc.
