Shocking repairs, workmanship and Client service.
My vehicle was repaired by Auto Magic Zambezi in Pretoria in September 2014 and in December 2014 paintwork started cracking and peeling, reported the matter in December 2014 and vehicle booked in for 6 Jan 2015. On arrival I get turned away due to them been over booked and busy. Manager promised to call me back when they have time. Well its been 8 months later and its story after story. My insurance company have made a ruling that they rectify the problem and they just duck and dive. STAY AWAY FROM AUTO MAGIC ZAMBEZI PRETORIA......

I am sure that the negotiated settlement value will be paid over to you very soon by our Zambezi Franchisee. Unfortunately the Insurer only paid over the value to the Franchisee late last week.
