Shocking and almost unbelievably TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM AUTOMAGIC

<p>1) Took 48 days for my vehicle to be repaired.</p> <p>2) The door which was not even part of the repair , does not close properly.</p> <p>3) Requested a courtesy vehicle , explained that they dont have courtesy vehicles , eventhough through their bungles the 30 day rental had lapsed.</p> <p>4) Called and email a couple of time over 3 days with an evenual call saying sorry "but thats your problem...we cant help you eventhough it was our fault we took long with the parts issue problem"</p> <p>5) Also did not take responsibility by blaming the Insurance company ...still would like this details..still waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would never ever refer this company to anyone...</p> <p>Some advice to their customers, go on a regular basis to check up on your vehicle ...thats the only way you know they are not lying...</p> <p> </p> <p>Still waiting for them to call me back....</p>
