Shifting completion time without prior notice

I am disappointed with Automagic Gezina in Pretoria. Took my car for repairs on 16 February 2016, the expected completion time was 08 March 2016. I even went to visit them and at some stage you just find the car parked there unattended. I only received the message on the 9th of March that the expected completion date has shifted to 11 March 2016. having to organize for the rented car to be picked up, I called them on 10 March 2016 to confirm the collection of the car, guess what, I was told the car will only be ready on Tuesday 15 March 2016. They didn't even have decency to call me about these further annoying changes. Im told the car must first go to Hartfield for whatever point check, something that should have been booked before hand and in line with the completion date. Even worse, im still questioning why would my insurance company (king price) send my car to a non Audi approved body repairer.
