Replaced Spare tire

Hello<br> <br> On the 29th April 2014 i sent my car to Auto magic repair center referred to them by Iwyze as i have an insurance with you...But to my surprise today i had a tire punch that had to be replaced by my spare wheel that was brand new when i submitted my car to Auto magic, when i tried to change the spare wheel it was replaced by an old wheel with 3 patched holes on it. I sent my car car to Auto Magic Centurion where i collected my car from Dietma Muller who assured me that they just used my spare wheel because they were waiting for the tire that was damaged during the accident..... What i'm trying to emphasize with this matter is that, does the insurance check if the companies that they referrer us to are not **********????? I feel as if i was taken advantage of as a female driver.i am very saddened and disappointed about this... I was stuck is a very destitute place and i felt as if i was used.....I started using my car around November last year as i was on Maternity leave all along from the time that i sent it for repairs.<br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Mary Minyuku Mbuyeleni<br> ***<br>
