Repairs not being attended too

My experience with the Auto Magic auto body repair is very bad, I can’t really express what situation I’m in right now. Car was brought in a month back for repairs and was promised that everything would be fine in 3 weeks time and the time period at which was mentioned had went by. On Saturday the gentleman phoned me rudely telling me to come and fetch my car as the were supposed to deliver it to as part of their verbal agreement. Today I’m at the repair center but my car is still fixed 100% to satisfy me, bumper lining space next to the head lamp and the badge was needed to be replaced but the put back the badge and it is not fitting well on the grill. The old badge was to close the front open as the original had got lost at the accident scene. I’m totally out of words as I’m waiting for my car and I have no car to go to work. Please help.
