Poor workmanship, even lower customer satisfaction
WARNING: Inspect your car very well before accepting it. The workmanship on spray work completed is terrible. They take no pride in their work, and get difficult when you point out visible issues. A visible crack was sprayed over. Dust particles are sprayed in and covered in clear coat. The clear coat has visible "orange peel". I've seen taxis sprayed in open-air with less defects.

29 Nov 2025, 13:18Sakkie (Jnr) made it very clear that he will not fix the car correctly. He acknowledged the clearly visible crack in the front bumper that's not repaired, and instead of doing a proper job the first and second time, he got some ****d report that the car has been "reasonably" been repaired. I went there 3 times to collect my car, every time they did a bit more work while doing a bit more damage. Apart from the crack, the clear coat on the fenders was damaged during blending and buffing process. Particles, teardrops and orange peal visible in the clear coat.
Apart from the shoddy workmanship, dealing with Sakkie was an absolute nightmare. He is rude and confrontational. It's clear from your reviews on Google maps and Hellopeter that this experience happens frequently.
I am extremely upset with Automagic. I am taking the process further with my insurance and will persue legal action if the problems I have identified multiple times are not addressed
