Poor workmanship and service

My car was there for 10 days and rerturned with inferior workmanship,a flat battery which could not be charged and poor service. Blikkies refuses to return my calls and Johan says I can complain if I want to.My car cannot stand there another 10 days and I would like solution. The one repair is now going back for the 4 th time as a comeback.
