Poor work done on my car and unprofessional conduct by individual running that branch

<p>On the 17th of Feb 2017 Automagic Rivoina called me to say my car is ready and I got excited went straight there, to my surprise as I drove in I could notice from far that something was not right with my car and I parked my rented car went straight to check my car and it’s like I had taken it to a back door Panel Beater. </p> <p> </p> <p>1. They fixed the damage on the bumper as they said they would but to my surprise they only painted that part only on the bumper so my car has a very shiny part and dull part (I have never in my entire time since I bought my first car seen something like that) all other panel beaters paint the full part that they were fixing no short cuts.</p> <p>2. The right hand side of the bonnet is not in aligned properly it’s too inside </p> <p>3. Right hand side bumper not clipped properly it overlaps.</p> <p>4. Left hand side fender not fixed there is a gap where the light gave in on impact.</p> <p>5. Right hand side of the bumper is scratched this was not there when I dropped the car (new damage not in the picture they sent to my insurance company Absa iDirect).</p> <p>When I was there to pick up my car only Vusi was available to talk to me no one else big bosses all busy. My Insurance failed me as a client by choosing Automagic Rivonia as their service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not take my car hoping they will fix what I was not happy about since today 23rd of Feb my car is just parked there nothing has been done to it.</p>
