Poor Services I have experienced

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I've experienced with this company together with smart insurance I have log a claim for scratches and dents in July 2020 but up until now there's nothing that has happened they don't even communicating with me about what is going on and it's always me who is phoning them with my airtime. My car car it's having dents ever since July but i do have insurance how fair is that one?
