Poor Service and sub standard job

We took our car to Automagic Midrand for repairs as per King Price our insurer. Initially we were told it will take 7 to 10 working days and we were happy,got there to leave the car the story changes now it will take two weeks because they have to order parts. The question was why did you say we must bring the car if you dont have the parts? We left the car anyway. Within 10 days we were told the car is ready,well happy we went to collect the car. Upon arrival we inspected the car boom the fender was not sprayed inside (on the edges) it was still grey like. Also some areas that were marked to be resprayed were not resprayed. Went around the car boom the windscreen has a crack. And now? This? The guy said it was like that. Okay let's look at the pictures that were taken when we locked-in the car,there was no crack nor a chip. And the guy turned to say maybe it a chip that cracked when it was in boot spray (whatever they call it). We had to leave the so that they respray it. This was on the 13th Feb 2020. On the 14th my wife got an update the car has been sprayed. Around 15:00 I phoned the guy just to check if we good for Monday,boom the car has not been started with. I was a little bit disturbed now,anyways I told the guy to give us an update on Monday even if we collect the car on Tuesday so that they can do all needed to be done. Yesterday the 17th my wife follows up to check. She was told the car is ready. We drove to Midrand,as we were by the entrance a message beeps "still not happy " got there the car is parked outside the guy is cleaning the car. The car is so badly sprayed to an extent that a person who knows nothing about spraying or cars can easily see the terrible job that was done by those people. I felt that I could puke. I had my wife saying "I feel like crying " that's how dissappointed we were. The repairer that is approved and recommended by King Price. So so disappointed by both King Price and Automagic.
